Andrew Cridlin

Andrew Cridlin is a passionate designer born and raised in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia. He is currently in his final year of undergraduate studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Andrew is the President of Virginia Tech’s American Society of Landscape Architect student chapter and a member of the College of Architecture and Urban Studies’ honorifics committee. His interest within design include finding ways that landscape architecture and urban design can help improve our cities. His senior thesis project, Reconnecting Boston: Creating Place through Movement and Material, is an example of these interests. Upon graduation, Andrew is moving to Boston, Massachusetts and working for The Office of James Burnett, the 2015 recipient of the ASLA’s Firm Award.
